(1.5 mm).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearances around <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> meet service and operating specifications and no obstructions are within the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> envelope.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 1 Bolt-In Kit is installed (P\/N 90599), includes: M14-2 x 94 mm Hex Head Bolt, M14 wedgelock washer, upper snubbing washer, isolation mount tube sleeve, and lower snubbing washer at each corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foundation bolts torqued to specification: <strong>115 ft-lbs (156 N-m)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 1 cover can be removed to access and service the unit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Electrical Checklist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>High Current 12 VDC Power Source<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list checkboxes\">\n<li>Connect positive B+ conductor (red) (2 AWG) from <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> to the customer-supplied 12 VDC power breaker (80 Amp).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect negative B- conductor (black) (2 AWG) from <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> to the DC main negative bus bar or battery minus terminal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seawater Pump Connection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list checkboxes\">\n<li>Connect SW PUMP DC IN positive (red) cable directly to a customer-supplied circuit breaker corresponding to the seawater pump current overprotection rating (max 15 A), then to the dedicated battery isolation switch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect SW PUMP DC IN negative (black) cable to the DC main negative bus bar or battery minus terminal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect SW PUMP DC OUT cable receptacle end (pins) to <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 1 SW Pump 12 VDC Out and the plug end (sockets) to customer-supplied 12 VDC seawater pump cable Deutsch connector termination. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ground Connection: Cable 6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list checkboxes\">\n<li>Butt splice 4 AWG ground cable to customer-supplied ground wire, 4 AWG, with sufficient length to reach the vessel ground.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vessel grounding bus to comply with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EM\/IEC 60204-1 Clauses 6.3.3 and 8.2.3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ABYC E-11 July 2018 Clauses 11.5.2 and 11.16.1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> Display Connection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list checkboxes\">\n<li>Ensure a compatible Multifunction Display (MFD) is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> Compatible MFD\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purchase custom <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> MFD integration cable based on the compatible MFD onboard. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect Ethernet cable (P\/N 30330) to ethernet connection of <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ConnectBox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect 4 pin end of MFD integration cable to male end of the Ethernet cable and Ethernet M12 end of MFD network port or vessel network hub.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NMEA 2000 Network Connection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list checkboxes\">\n<li>NMEA 2000 Compatible GPS signal required for installation of <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect Cable 11 to ConnectBox NMEA port.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Route Cable 11 to vessel NMEA backbone and connect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cooling Checklist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list checkboxes\">\n<li>Purchase seawater pump for <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 1 to provide 2 \u2013 4 GPM (7.6 \u2013 15.2 LPM) with a max overcurrent protection rating of 15 A.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optional seawater pump can be purchased through <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>, P\/N 30331.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list checkboxes\">\n<li>Connect and route seawater inlet hoses from seacock valve to the seawater strainer, seawater pump, then <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 1 heat exchanger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect and route seawater outlet hoses from <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 1 heat exchanger to the seawater overboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test seawater pump.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verify 2 GPM (7.6 LPM) minimum and 4 GPM (15.2 LPM) maximum seawater flow through heat exchanger under all operating conditions of the vessel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify coolant level in heat exchanger coolant reservoir, fill if
