These covers should not be stepped on or have anything placed on top. The covers should always be in place during operation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If it is ever necessary to access the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> while the flywheel is pinning, the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> must be locked at the display to stop the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> from precessing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stand clear of the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> and all moving components.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The unit may be started remotely. Assume it could move without warning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The following must be true before accessing the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span>:<br>     * The Input power must be disconnected for at least 10 minutes<br>     * The <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> must be locked (Not in SEA MODE)<br>     * The Flywheel must be at zero speed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> must only be lifted from the supplied lifting eyes (see Section: Transport and Unpacking).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precision bearings support the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> flywheel. Make sure while unpacking and lifting the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> assembly NOT to drop or impart mechanical shock as damage to bearings could result.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While handling \/ installing the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> assembly, protect exposed hydraulic brake cylinder rods (See image below) from scratches or damage, which could lead to premature seal failure and oil leaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While handling \/ installing the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> assembly, do not allow electrical fittings that exit the bottom of the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> enclosure to contact any surface or object. Overall dimensions of a fully packed crate are 35 L X 35.5 W X 30 H in. (0.89 L X 0.90 W X 0.76 H m) with a weight of 883 lbs (400.5 kg).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 5 shipping crates can be stacked to a maximum of two crates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Both Air and Ground transport are acceptable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> shipping crates must be transported in environmental conditions between 32\u00b0F and 140\u00b0F (0\u00b0C and 60\u00b0C).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2.2 Unpacking Crate<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reference <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> Drawing No. 90949 &#8211; <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 5 Hardware Scope of Supply and No. 14037 &#8211; <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 5 Crated Assembly for items that ship with the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove electrical components, cables, and miscellaneous items and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove packing materials that secure the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> assembly inside the crate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove top and angled face cover panels to access lifting eyes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> Small Lifting Bar Assembly (P\/N 82383) to the two lifting eyes located on the top of the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> enclosure. Stay clear of any other parts on the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span>.
