In compliance with <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span>\u2019s Privacy Policy, the Default Data Setting collects pertinent data and information relative to the installed <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> Unit. You are consenting to push such data and information for <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span>\u2019s internal usage and for service interventions. You can turn off the Default Data Setting by going to the \u201cSettings Tab\u201d of the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> application on the boat\u2019s Multifunction Display (MFD).<br><br><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span>\u2019s current Privacy Policy indicates that <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> Inc. and all its subsidiaries (collectively \u201c<span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span>\u201d) collect, store, and use your personal information in connection with and to provide and develop <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span>\u2019s products, mobile applications, services, and websites (together the \u201cService\u201d). Data collected directly from your <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> Unit includes, but is not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Boat speed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Course over ground<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Latitude\/Longitude (position)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accelerations (fore\/aft, up\/down, and side\/side)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angles (roll, pitch, and yaw)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rates (roll, pitch, and yaw)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> metrics (System on\/off, enclosure position, and faults)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By providing us information or using or accessing the Service you give consent to the processing, use and disclosure of your <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> data and other content (\u201cUser Content\u201d). <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> without your consent, except as noted in its Privacy Policy located at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seakeeper.com\/privacy-policy\">https:\/\/www.seakeeper.com\/privacy-policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in our Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage your customer relationship and provide you with customer support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help you efficiently access your information after you sign in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and test new products and features<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnose or fix technology problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enforce our terms and conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage our business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To set or change your Default&nbsp; Data Setting preference to deny sharing data, perform the following procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At your MFD display, <strong>OPEN<\/strong> the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NAVIGATE<\/strong> to the Settings page (gears icon).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PRESS <u>AND<\/u> HOLD<\/strong> the gears icon again until a second screen appears (Figure 4).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"821\" height=\"428\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/seakeeper\/wp-content\/uploads\/Privacy-selection-screen-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19333\" style=\"width:510px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/seakeeper\/wp-content\/uploads\/Privacy-selection-screen-1.png 821w, https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/seakeeper\/wp-content\/uploads\/Privacy-selection-screen-1-768x400.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 821px) 100vw, 821px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em><strong>Figure 4:<\/strong> Hidden settings screen showing Data Logging tab<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>SELECT<\/strong> the <em>Data Logging<\/em> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SELECT<\/strong><em>Deny<\/em> option from the dropdown menu of Logger Data Export.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> Standard Models<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This warranty starts upon the installation of the Product, and the warranty period is for the shorter of the following periods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Twenty-four (24) months from purchase date of a vessel on which the Product is installed;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Twenty-four (24) months from date the Product is installed on an existing vessel (refit); or&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two thousand (2000) operating SEA hours, subject to verification and confirmation by SEAKEEPER.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\">Exclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any installation, repair or any handling of the Product shall be done only by an authorized person trained and explicitly authorized in writing by SEAKEEPER.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This warranty shall be void and not apply to or resulting from:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ANY UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCTS AS SHIPPED WILL RESULT IN VOIDING THIS WARRANTY.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An application or installation method not approved by Seller, including improper or inadequate site preparation, faulty installation, handling during maintenance or otherwise, if any, by the Customer, as well as to defects attributable to loading\/shipment\/delivery of the Product or any other defect or damage not attributable to SEAKEEPER.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defects resulting from Customer\u2019s or any third-party interface of equipment, hardware or software if installed, connected, or loaded into and\/or onto the Product.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse, operator error or fault caused by the failure of an external unit (i.e., Sea Water pump, Ships power supply).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any negligent or willful misconduct.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excessive exposure to water (salt or fresh) including submersion (partial or full).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acts of Nature such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, wind, and lightning.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper use or operation of the vessel.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure of the Customer to strictly comply with any of the following requirements:<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operation and Maintenance according to the guidelines and recommendations specified in the SEAKEEPER Operation Manual.<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of such compliance shall be provided upon request.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\">Warranty Activation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Warranty Registration must be fully completed and sent to SEAKEEPER for review, approval and registration upon delivery of the vessel to the first retail Customer. Warranty registration and expiration date confirmation can be achieved by providing SEAKEEPER, a copy of the original bill of sale, purchase agreement, Customer\u2019s name, address and SEAKEEPER Product Serial Number along with current RUN \/ SEA hours to SEAKEEPER\u2019s warranty registration department within thirty (30) days of purchase.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For removal of doubt, it is clarified that the activation date shall in no event affect the warranty period set forth herein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The complete Seakeeper warranty details may be found on the Seakeeper website www.seakeeper.com.
