  • Foundation bolts torqued to specification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Mount Components<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Display (near helm)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Connect Customer Supplied Cables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Ground Cable (Customer Supplied)
        \n
          \n
        • Install lugs on both ends of customer-supplied 10 AWG ground cable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Connect one end of Ground Cable to nearest vessel ground and other end to Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> foundation frame<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Connect Seakeeper<\/span> Supplied Cables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • DC Input Power Cable (Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> supplied)
            \n
              \n
            • Connect the DC Input Power Cable from Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> to 24 VDC power at customer-supplied connection box or directly to circuit breaker<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Plug connector of DC Input Power Cable into mating connector on Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> wire harness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • AC Power Input Cable (Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> Supplied)
              \n
                \n
              • Connect the AC Power Input Cable from Drive Box to 230 VAC single phase at customer-supplied connection box or directly to circuit breaker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • CAN Communication Assembly (Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> Supplied)
                \n
                  \n
                • Connect female end of CAN communications Cable to mating connector on Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> wire harness<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Route CAN communications Cable from Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> to helm (male end goes to helm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Connect male end of CAN communications Cable at helm to CAN Tee Adapter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Connect Display and Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>-supplied 24 in. (0.6 m) cable to CAN Tee Adapter with CAN Terminator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Seawater Pump Power Output Cable (Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> Supplied)

                  • Connect Seawater Pump Power Output Cable from Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> wire harness to customer-supplied 24 VDC seawater pump<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Seawater Pump Power Input Cable (Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> supplied)

                    • Connect the Seawater Pump Power Input Cable from Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> DC SW Pump In to 24 VDC power at customer supplied connection box or directly to circuit breaker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Cooling Checklist

                      • Verify coolant level in heat exchanger coolant reservoir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Connect seawater hoses \/ open sea cocks to heat exchanger and test seawater pump.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Verify 13 GPM (49 LPM) minimum and 15 GPM (57 LPM) maximum seawater flow through heat exchanger under all operating conditions of the boat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
