The reservoir and clear tube between heat exchanger and reservoir should be filled with green coolant mixture, as shown in Figure 33. If level has dropped, check for evidence of leaks at all connections before adding fluid as described below. Pour mixture in until level reaches 2\/3 reservoir as shown in Figure 33. Filling reservoir above this level will not cause any damage but coolant may be expelled from vent on top of cap due to normal thermal expansion of coolant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect 24 V to controller.<br>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the MFD app \/ optional 5&#8243; Touch Display check for any ALARMS<br><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"280\" class=\"wp-image-1626\" style=\"width: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Home-Screen.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/seakeeper\/wp-content\/uploads\/Home-Screen.jpg 948w, https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/seakeeper\/wp-content\/uploads\/Home-Screen-768x430.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the POWER ON\/OFF button. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"50\" height=\"32\" class=\"wp-image-1898\" style=\"width: 50px;\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Seakeeper_Power_On_Button.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The flywheel will start to spin and the glycol pump will start.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recheck glycol level with fluid circulating in coolant circuit. Sight down inside reservoir and check that coolant level is above upper port on reservoir as shown in Figure 4. Replace cap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After several minutes of running, press POWER ON\/OFF button <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"50\" height=\"34\" class=\"wp-image-1897\" style=\"width: 50px;\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Seakeeper_Power_Off_Button.jpg\" alt=\"\"> to turn power off to the flywheel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cooling system is self-purging. If small amounts of air are in the system, they will most likely be dislodged during the first sea trial.
