The covers should always be in place during operation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">If it is ever necessary to access the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> while the flywheel is spinning, the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> must be locked at the display to stop the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> from precessing. <\/mark><\/mark><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong><strong><mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Stand clear of the Seakeepe<\/mark><\/mark><\/strong>r and all moving components.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>The unit may be started remotely. Assume it could move without warning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>The following must be true before accessing the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span>:<\/strong><br>   <strong>  * Input power must be disconnected for at least 10 minutes<br>     * It must be locked<br>     * Flywheel must be at zero speed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> must only be lifted from the supplied lifting eyes (see Section: Transport and Unpacking).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> flywheel is supported by precision bearings. Overall dimensions of a fully packed crate are 43.5 L x 41.5 W x 36.25 H in. (1.10 L x 1.05 W x 0.921 H m) with a weight of 1100 lbs (500 kg).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;6\/5 crates can be stacked up to two (2) units high. Only like units should be stacked, i.e.,&nbsp;<span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;6\/5 on top of a&nbsp;<span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;6\/5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Both Air and Ground transport are acceptable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> shipping crates must be transported in environmental conditions between 32\u00b0F and 140\u00b0F (0\u00b0C and 60\u00b0C).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2.2  Unpacking Crate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reference <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> <em>Drawing No. 90389 \u2013 <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 6 Hardware Scope of Supply<\/em>, for items that ship with the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove electrical components, cables, and misc. items and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove packing materials that secure <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> assembly inside the crate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove top and angled face cover panels to access lifting eyes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach spreader bar (P\/N 80067) to the two lifting eyes located on the top of the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> enclosure. Stay clear of any other parts on the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span>. The <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> 6 weighs 870 lbs (395 kg).
