The <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> controller modulates how fast the oil can flow through the control valve thus controlling the precession rate of the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The brake hydraulic circuit is a pre-charged closed loop \u2013 that is, there is no pump, motor or reservoir in the circuit. Accumulators are installed in the circuit to help maintain a more consistent pressure during operation and provide some make-up oil in the event of minor fluid loss.
