Stainless steel mounting bolts cannot be used for the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> 3.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><\/td><td>Foundation bolts torqued to specification: 155 ft-lbs (210 Nm).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><\/td><td><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> 3 cover can be removed to access and service the unit.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2.2  Electrical Checklist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reference Document: <span Source<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>CHECK<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>REQUIREMENT TO BE MET<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Connect High Current DC Input cables (P\/N: 20335 and 20336) to customer supplied 2 AWG B+ and B- conductors to allow for routing to 12 VDC power source.<br><br>* Connect High Current DC Input B+ conductor (red) through 100 A circuit breaker(customer-supplied) and a dedicated battery isolation switch (customer-supplied), directly to the battery positive terminal or bus bar.<br>* Connect High Current Input B- conductor (black) to battery negative terminal or DC negative bus bar.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>If the 2 AWG high-current 12V power input conductors are shortened or lengthened, use heavy-duty eyelet (closed end) terminals such as Molex19221-0235.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2.2.2  Low Current 12 VDC Power Source<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>CHECK<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>REQUIREMENT TO BE MET<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><\/td><td>Connect DC Input positive (red) cable (P\/N: 20248) directly to a customer-supplied 15 A circuit breaker, then to the dedicated battery isolation switch<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><\/td><td>Connect DC Input negative (black) cable (P\/N: 20248) to the DC negative bus bar or battery negative terminal.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><\/td><td>Plug DC Input Cable connector end into the DT-Series connector labelled Low-Current 12 VDC in connector on the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> wire harness.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2.2.3  Seawater Pump Connection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><\/td><td>Connect Seawater Pump Input positive (red) cable (P\/N: 30327) directly to a customer-supplied circuit breaker corresponding to the seawater pump overcurrent protection rating (max 15 A), then to the dedicated battery isolation switch.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><\/td><td>Connect Seawater Pump Input negative (black) cable (P\/N: 30327) to the DC main negative bus bar or battery negative terminal.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><\/td><td>Connect Seawater Pump Output cable (P\/N: 20334) receptacle end (pins) to <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> SW Pump 12 VDC Out and the plug end (sockets) to customer-supplied 12 VDC seawater pump cable Deutsch connector termination.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2.2.4  Ground \u2013 22.7 LPM) with a max overcurrent protection rating of 15 A.
