Prior to beginning the start up sequence all previous Sections of the Installation Manual for Mechanical, Electrical, and Cooling installation must be complete. <\/strong>

Before continuing, the Seakeeper<\/span><\/span><\/span> cover must be installed and the operating clearances must be clear of personnel and equipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n

CHECK<\/strong><\/td>REQUIREMENT TO BE MET<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Remove lifting eyebolts and install sealing bolts (M10-1.25 X 12 mm) and flat washers into lifting eyeholes and install cover.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>FOR SEAKEEPER 4:<\/strong> Energize battery isolation switch, high-current 100 A breaker.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>FOR SEAKEEPER 4.5:<\/strong> Supply 110-230 VAC to Motor Drive Box at customer-supplied electrical disconnect.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Energize low-current 15 A breaker, and seawater pump breaker.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Verify Seakeeper<\/span> display is active and no alarms present.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Check that battery voltage exceeds 12 VDC.

FOR SEAKEEPER 4:<\/strong> A minimum battery voltage of 11 VDC is required for the duration of Seakeeper<\/span> spool-up.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Override seawater pump \u201cON\u201d and verify flow at seawater outlet.
(To activate override, at 0 RPM flywheel speed, hold down SERVICE button wrench icon for 5 seconds to reveal override screen)<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Deactivate seawater pump when completed obtaining seawater flow rate.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Press Seakeeper<\/span> ON\/OFF Button and follow instructions in Seakeeper<\/span> Operation Manual for complete start-up instructions.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Verify no alarms are present.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Power Seakeeper<\/span> down, the Seakeeper<\/span> flywheel will take 2+ hours to coast down
