{"id":10594,"date":"2022-09-19T13:04:33","date_gmt":"2022-09-19T13:04:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/seakeeper\/seakeeper-5-6-operation-manual-90403-3-copy\/cooling-installation\/installation-considerations\/"},"modified":"2023-02-24T14:24:41","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T14:24:41","slug":"installation-considerations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/seakeeper\/seakeeper-5-6-operation-manual-rev4\/cooling-installation\/installation-considerations\/","title":{"rendered":"4.1  Power Failures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>There are three sources of power to the <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> 6:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 VDC powers the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span> for all the control electronics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 VDC powers the DC Seawater Pump for cooling water supply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110 &#8211; 230 VAC powers the Motor Drive Box to drive the motor inside the <span translate=\"no\"><span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span><\/span>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are supplied on Cables 1, 8, and 2 (respectively) which are shown on Drawing No. 90396 \u2013 <span translate=\"no\">Seakeeper<\/span> 6 Cable Block Diagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Electrical-Warning-Icon.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5314\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>The Motor Drive Box contains hazardous voltage and the cover should not be removed while the flywheel is spinning and the AC input has been disconnected for at least 10 minutes.
