Follow this procedure for mounting the supplied protective conduit for the Actuator cable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check for available space on the interior of the hull and clean access to the transom prior to starting the Concealed Cable Entry procedure. Verify there is no structure or cable in the way of either inboard or outboard oval hole location of the Wedge Pack Assembly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assemble the Drill Guide by placing the Drill Guide Tube inside of the follower with the rounded part of the tube on the outer diameter of the follower, as shown below. The tube should telescope in and out of the follower freely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"467\" height=\"496\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/ride\/wp-content\/uploads\/Drill-Guide.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14658\" style=\"width:250px\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figure 58 \u2013 Drill Guide<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leave the Wedge Pack in place as fitted during\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/ride\/mechanical-installation-manual-750-1500-375a-and-525a\/9-test-fit\/9-1-test-fit-the-seal-plate\/\">Section 9<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the Drill Guide Assembly in one of the oval cable ports in the Wedge Pack Assembly as shown below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The inboard or outboard oval cable port in the Wedge Pack Assembly can be used depending on available inboard space.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1430\" height=\"660\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/ride\/wp-content\/uploads\/750-Drill-Guide-Insertion.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14659\" srcset=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/ride\/wp-content\/uploads\/750-Drill-Guide-Insertion.png 1430w, https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/ride\/wp-content\/uploads\/750-Drill-Guide-Insertion-768x354.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1430px) 100vw, 1430px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figure 59 \u2013 Drill Guide Insert into Wedge Pack.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press the face of the Drill Guide flush with the transom of the boat. Use this to create a 1\/4 in. (6.4 mm) pilot hole in the transom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the Drill Guide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loosen the positioning screws that are holding the Wedge Pack in place, then remove the Wedge Pack Assembly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drill out the pilot hole to match the diameter of the Cable Gland with a 3\/4 in. (19 mm) drill bit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply a liberal amount of sealant on the outer diameter of the Cable Gland tube (See below,&nbsp;<em>Left<\/em>). Tighten until the Nut contacts the transom.
