{"id":16963,"date":"2026-03-30T17:55:56","date_gmt":"2026-03-30T17:55:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/ride\/mechanical-installation-manual-750-1500-copy\/7-assemble-wedge-pack\/7-2-bolt-parts-together\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T14:40:49","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T14:40:49","slug":"7-2-bolt-parts-together","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/ride\/mechanical-installation-manual-750-1500-375a-and-525a\/7-assemble-wedge-pack\/7-2-bolt-parts-together\/","title":{"rendered":"7.2 Secure Actuator Plate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Locate the following pieces:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qty five (5) M8 Cylindrical Washers (Qty six [6] for 525 Controllers and nine [9] for 750 Controllers.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qty five (5), M8 Wedge Lock Washers (Qty six [6] for 525 Controllers and nine [9] for 750 Controllers.)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each washer has 2 components.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"162\" class=\"wp-image-14933\" style=\"width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/ride\/wp-content\/uploads\/Wedge-Lock-Washer.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qty five (5), M8 Nuts (Qty six [6] for 525 Controllers and nine [9] for 750 Controllers.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert all the cylindrical washers, flat face out, onto each of the bolts within the milled pockets on the Actuator plate.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert all the wedge lock washers onto each of the cylindrical washers. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thread all the nuts onto each of the bolts of the assembly hand tight. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the bolt length is sufficient to engage all threads of the nuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tighten nuts to 130 in-lbs (14.7 N-m)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere Bolt Covers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:25% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"231\" height=\"158\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.seakeeper.com\/ride\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-400.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13279 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;Be sure to use the correct bolt length. Incorrect bolt length may result in insufficient thread engagement or the inability to attach the Seal Plate in later steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Insert the bolts from the Transom Plate side <strong>NOT<\/strong> the Actuator Plate side.
