This document is intended to give details and guidance to a boat builder or equipment installer on the proper procedure for the installation of the Seakeeper<\/span> Ride system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of the quantity of parts and careful installation requirements, set aside a clean, well- ventilated workspace, take inventory of necessary tools and parts, and review the entirety of this manual before setting to work. To gain a broad understanding of the installation process, read the Installation Overview<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The instructions in this manual should be repeated for all Controllers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Options for Stability:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Seakeeper<\/span> Ride 750, 750 Quad, 900, 1050, 1125, 1275, 1500, 375A & 525A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Two products with different configurations were designed to provide stability for vessels with varying transom features. While the two systems are designed for the same sized vessels, the controller sizes and the transoms they serve differ. The Seakeeper<\/span> Ride 750 system consists of two larger controllers and will fit most vessels in this size range, whereas the Seakeeper<\/span> Ride 750 Quad system has four smaller controllers and is suitable for unique transoms that may have hull design elements that restrict available space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specific instances of these unique hull characteristics are detailed in the following manual and will help you determine which system to install.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seakeeper<\/span> Ride 900 systems and larger only have four Controller products available for each size range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seakeeper<\/span> Ride 375A and 525A are primarily for installations on catamarans, which have limited space and unique hull characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> Scan the QR code below to access Seakeeper<\/span> Ride BILT 3D instructions. The Mechanical Installation in the BILT instructions is applicable to the 450, 525, and 600 mm spans. The installation process for aluminum Controllers is very similar but has a few key differences, including Wedge Pack construction, Controller placement details, and more. Please utilize this manual for details specific to the 750-1500, 375A and 525A Seakeeper<\/span> Ride systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
